Automattic founder Matt Mullenweg said this morning “The future is now, folks.” and he was right. WordPress brings you a unique new feature. Now you can just call your blog and do an audio post (And no, we are not crazy! It is true.) According to Matt “You can now go to your My Blogs tab, enable Post by Voice, and get a special number and code to call your blog.”

This feature is provided completely free of cost and you can record your voice for upto sixty minutes but Matt has written that depending upon the kind of usage they might decrease this limit. The new feature is powered by Twilio, a cloud-based platform for building communication and voice applications. Unfortunately this feature is available only for wordpress.com blogs, not for the wordpress open source CMS.
