Yesterday Google released Chrome 5.0.375.86 to the Stable channel on Linux, Mac, and Windows. This release contains a number of bug fixes and security patches but most importantly this release is bundled with Adobe Flash which is enabled by default. It is worth noting that Apple recently launched iPad which does not support Flash at all calling it a “buggy technology”.
While some Apple fanatics may be fighting against Flash to support Steve Jobs, Google is going to support flash by including flash updates in standard Chrome browser updates. This will ensure more security to the users since latest bug fixes will be included in Chrome updates.
