As my friend just pointed out MacHeist has a cool new bundle up, unlike their other ones this one gives you 6 apps worth $154 for free. I dont know about you but if i see the word free next to a software i jump onto it, lord knows there is precious few softwares on my Mac that are not pirated.

Its a reminder, scheduler type application that sits on your menu bar. You can drag anything to it and by anything i mean pictures, links, urls, text, etc. When you are free you can review all the stuff leisurely kinda like a vault.

A simple writing application that removes all the unecessary distractions so you can concentrate only on you writing. A great need in todays world of social connectivity like Twitter, Facebook.

One of my favorite apps on my iPhone as of late. The desktop version is similarly simple. Set up your Twitter account and tweet away with the easiest solution imaginable.

Is a screen capture app. It allows you to use the standard command-shift-4 and select part of your screen or hit spacebar to capture a specific window. Whats different from other screen capture apps you ask: it uploads it directly to your own FTP server and puts the URL in your clipboard so you can paste it in Facebook, Twitter, email, IM… whatever your pleasure.

This is one of the main reasons I am downloading this bundle although by no means the only one. I’ve heard only good stuff about this game. And imagine my pleasure that I get it for free. It’s one of the most innovative desktop tower defense games I’ve seen. Everything is in 3D, there are 6 different game variations and tower defense.

This is a word processor with features you need but none of the “bloat” found in other applications *cough* Microsoft *cough.* Of course, it will open and save Word documents, as well as other formats.

Time I dowloaded 72,000 bundles had been downloaded. When it reaches 500,000 all of the apps will be unlocked. Everything except Marine Writer comes with serials..its only Marine Writer that isn’t unlocked. So people download for the sake of others. Cheers
